Overview
Home Inspection AI helps inspectors capture photos, analyze visible property damage, organize findings, and export PDF reports. By default, all photos and AI processing run on your device and are stored locally. Nothing leaves the device unless you share/export or enable optional cloud analysis. If you enable "Gemini analysis" in Settings, selected photos may be uploaded to Google AI for processing; results are returned to the app and stored locally. You can disable cloud analysis anytime. We do not use third‑party analytics SDKs. Subscriptions and refunds are handled by Apple (we do not receive card data).
Permissions
Camera, Photo Library, and optional Location are used only for inspection features you choose. If you tag an inspection with location, latitude/longitude are stored with that inspection on device.
Security
Local data is stored in the iOS app sandbox. Cloud analysis (if enabled) transmits photos over HTTPS/TLS. Keep your device updated and protected with passcode/Face ID/Touch ID.
Children's Privacy
Intended for professional/utility use and not directed to children under 16.
